Houston Texas Wedding Photographer at The Carriage House
A slight drizzle, a cloud-covered sky. Grayed, barren trees. A gentle coolness hugged the premises of The Carriage House, reminding us that for an otherwise warm Houston winter it was, in fact, still winter.
But despite the weather’s best efforts to bring in a winter’s draft, it was a Houston wedding day filled to the cup’s edge of warmth, comfort, smiles, and relationship.
Kelsey wore a lovely blush-colored wedding gown with a soft ivory overlay from BHLDN Houston the perfectly complimented the soft greens of the Eucalyptus in her wedding bouquet and surrounding florals, done by the talented Anna Kerr.
Kelsey’s soft, natural and romantic hair and makeup look was completed by Andrea Schutter Rebelling of Fabulous and Flawless Hair and Makeup.
Kelsey and Colin chose to see each other at the alter, so while Kelsey and the girls finished slipping on shoes and placing jewelry the guys spent some time outside in front of the camera, looking sharp and effortless in their gray suites and navy ties.
The drizzle didn’t hold the girls back from taking a few photos under the cover of the bridal suite porch, looking cheerful in their blush pink dresses from Azazie.
With friends, family, and a groom eagerly awaiting, Kelsey and her dad walked down the aisle arm in arm greeted by a room brimming with smiles and tears.
The end of the wedding ceremony was only the beginning of the celebration.
Kelsey and Colin, you are surrounded by a village of people who desire to encourage you, celebrate with you, hold you, pray with you, and live this beautiful life with you.
May you always feel the warmth of those souls surrounding you as you begin this amazing journey ahead.
The naked cake and display of cupcakes were crafted by Maddie of Maddiecakes!
Mark from Exodus Sound Company kept the party alive!
Drizzle and cheer,
