It was a gorgeous, sunny fall day for Houston bridal portraits, and Kaylyn was the perfect subject. This clean outdoor setting under the huge Texas live oaks made for an absolutely breath taking shoot, and Kaylyn brought so much life and radiance to the session!
Her cheerful personality and stunning smile (not to mention that amazing wedding dress and gently cascading bouquet!) made this bridal portrait session a delight to shoot!
The towering oak trees provided the perfect filter for the setting sunlight. A DREAM!
Delicate jewelry perfectly complimented her tousled, low bun and elegant bodice.
Kaylyn, you were absolutely stunning! And certainly even more so on your wedding day, if that’s even possible 🙂
Brides, if you are in need of a quick bouquet for a bridal portrait session I have been continually impressed with the work of the HEB floral department! Kaylyn is not the first bride to have used an HEB bouquet for her portrait session, and they do not disappoint! You can see another bridal portrait session using an HEB bouquet here!
Um, HELLO eyelashes!! A realistic set of false lashes can really open up the eyes.
A bejeweled hair piece nestled next to the bun was a tasteful addition to Kaylyn’s updo.
I mean, that LIGHT though….. YUMMMMM!
Kaylyn’s bridal portraits were the first glimpse I had of the golden pumpkins that would provide a sweet and charming detail at the wedding celebration a month later. A Cinderella inspired piece executed so tastefully!
So much movement in that gown! The light bounced so softly off of the tooled layers in Kaylyn’s dress. Just gorgeous!
And it wouldn’t be a Rice Village bridal portrait session without walls and walls of ivy! I never tire of using a plush green backdrop, especially with a green-eyed bride and seeded eucalyptus bouquet!
An amazing bridal portrait session all around! Kaylyn, you were a treasure to work with my dear! Wishing you and Rani continued happiness!
Pumpkin and pearl,
