Corrie and Ryan met at their church a couple of years ago. They dated for a little over a year, and then Ryan asked her to be his wife during this year’s Lights In the Heights event in December. What a perfect time of year for such a momentous occasion! Christmas lights twinkling in the night sky, everyone’s spirits lifted because of the holiday season, a nice stroll down one of the quaintest neighborhoods in Houston…I loved photographing this couple! They were fun, sweet, and so care-free with each other. The whispers and kisses were (mostly) not posed by me – they were just being cute together naturally! Makes my job a lot easier… 😉
I have the immense pleasure of photographing Corrie’s bridal portraits and the wedding later this year! I’m really looking forward to having more opportunities to get to know these two 🙂
It was pouring down rain this morning, but lucky for us, it let up just in time for the shoot to begin! But, we still needed to use the umbrella – because it’s cute 🙂
P.S. There are at least 3 more ring shots… because I like taking pics of the ring 🙂
